He just grows the drugs.It was only added with the 1.5 update and is a quest from the other noticeboard added with that update that has a quest every Monday, so that might be why! It says to deposit at Pierre's and when the quest is active, the box has a yellow arrow or exclamation point or question mark I think above it, so you know where to go.
